How to get help when you need it.

Get help on WhatsApp

The fastest way to reach support is through Sippy itself. Send the word "help" in your WhatsApp conversation with Sippy, and the system will guide you to the right resources or connect you with the team.

For issues that need more detail or follow-up, email us at support@sippy.finance. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

What to include when reporting an issue

The more context you share, the faster we can help. When reaching out, include:

  • Your phone number -- the one linked to your Sippy wallet
  • What you were trying to do -- for example, "I tried to send 10 USDC to +57 300 123 4567"
  • What happened instead -- the error message, unexpected behavior, or lack of response
  • When it happened -- approximate date and time
  • Transaction hash (if available) -- you can find this in the web wallet's transaction history or on Blockscout

What NOT to share

Never share your private key or recovery phrase with anyone, including Sippy support. We will never ask for it. If someone claiming to be from Sippy asks for your private key, it is a scam.

Response times

  • WhatsApp "help" command: immediate automated guidance
  • Email support: within 24 hours on business days
  • Complex issues (transaction disputes, wallet recovery): may take 2-3 business days depending on the investigation needed
